When purchasing my products, the first thing you need to do is send me a DM on Instagram or email via the link in my contacts.
Custom made hats.
You agree to buy a handmade on demand product. If you are not happy with the hat and want to return it I will refund 50% within 14 days and you to return the hat. If the size is wrong or something is broken in the delivery i will pay for the return shipment and fix theese issues. Estimated delivery time is 4-6 weeks.
All other products.
Are 100% refundable within 14 days.
