At Erman’s Western Hat Co., I want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. Whether you're ordering a cowboy hat or something from our western collection, I'm here to help if you have any questions.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

Each hat is prepared with care and attention to detail.

Our standard processing and preparation time for cowboy hats is approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of order, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times for other products may vary depending on availability. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

If an unexpected delay occurs, I'll do my best to keep you informed.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

For most products purchased online, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Swedish consumer law.

You don't need to provide a reason, although feedback is always appreciated.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact me within the 14-day period and clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Please include your order number to help me locate your order.

CUSTOM & PERSONALISED HATS

Some hats are made to individual customer specifications.

Products that are genuinely custom-made or clearly personalised may be exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish law.

This exception does not automatically apply to every hat prepared after an order is placed. Standard models ordered in regular sizes, colours or materials may still qualify for the right of withdrawal.

Where an exception applies, this will be clearly communicated before the purchase is completed.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty products always remain unaffected.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you wish to return an eligible product:

  • Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and let me know that you wish to make a return.

  • Send the product back within 14 days of notifying me.

  • Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transport.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, a deduction for diminished value may apply in accordance with Swedish law.

Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs when exercising their right of withdrawal.

I recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

REFUNDS

When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, I will refund the amount paid for the returned products, including the original standard delivery charge where required by law.

Any additional cost for choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard option is not refundable.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after I receive your withdrawal notification.

However, I may withhold the refund until I have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

I take great care with every order, but if something isn't right, please get in touch.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, contact me and include your order number and, if possible, photographs showing the issue.

Under Swedish consumer law, you generally have the right to make a complaint about an original defect for up to three years.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Where a complaint is justified, Erman’s Western Hat Co. will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
