Purchase & Returns
You Have The Right to Change Your Mind, I want you to be happy with your purchase!
If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you received it, in line with Swedish e-commerce law.
Just send me an email within those 14 days and let me know that you’d like to make a return.
Please include your order number and, if you want, a short note about why it helps me to improve!
How to Make a Return
The item should be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless i made a mistake or the item is faulty).
I recommend using a trackable shipping method, so you know your return gets to me safely.

Once i’ve received and checked the item, i’ll refund your money using the same payment method you used when ordering.
If Something’s Wrong with Your Order I do my best to make sure everything is perfect, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item
please contact me right away. Send me your order number and a photo of the issue so i can help you as quickly as possible.
If your complaint is approved, i’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund — including any return shipping costs.
Refunds
As soon as i’ve handled your return or complaint, i’ll issue your refund within 7–10 business days.
